Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (the days will begin to be calculated on the basis of the proof of delivery).
The products that will be returned must not be used, worn out, or damaged, they must have the identification tag attached to the product and must be returned in the original packaging with the relative accessories and instruction manuals.
The goods that will be returned in conditions that do not comply with the above will not be refunded. The products must be returned in a single shipment and, possibly, in the original packaging that was delivered to you.
How to Make a Return
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by contacting our Customer Service, providing the information relating to your order – order number and e-mail address used for the order – and the reason for your return.
Depending on the reason for your return, Customer Service is at your disposal to clarify any doubts about the procedure to follow.
Following the return request, you will receive a return confirmation email with the relative return number. Keep the return number, you will need to enter this number prominently in your shipment.
Return for Exchange
If you wish to make a replacement you can contact our Customer Service, who will guide you through the exchange process. It is only possible to make size substitutions and then change the item purchased with the same item in a different size, if available, and only for orders placed from countries belonging to the European Community.
If you prefer to exchange for another item, you will need to request a return and make a new purchase. Once we have received the product to be replaced at our warehouse, we will send you the new size indicated to our Customer Service. The new tracking number will be communicated to you by e-mail when the new size is shipped.

You can send the products you wish to return in the way you prefer, using the express courier or the ordinary mail service.
Shipping costs will be charged to us only in the event that: One or more products received by you do not comply with what you ordered. The products you receive show obvious manufacturing defects. Failure to Accept The Return
In the event that the aforementioned conditions are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, Tosca Blu reserves the right not to accept the return.
In this case, you can decide to receive the purchased products again but bear the shipping costs. It will not then be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
